Employer Success
The London Borough of Harrow was the first ‘Teach in’ account. Set up in 2002 and still active today, it is a shining reference to the scheme's success.
Since inception, Harrow schools have never missed a day of requested supply. Within the first 18 months, the schools in Harrow collectively saved over £1m in third party resource expenditure, and on average has the lowest daily agency rate of any London borough.
The first 18 months saw the borough benefit from a 15% reduction in supply rates, 40% in placement fees, a 70% improvement in agency staff retention and an 85% saving in agency administration time.
'Teach in' now run 15 successful Managed Service Contracts all of which have seen comparable or transcending results.
