The successful Recruitment Coordinator will be implementing the overall recruitment strategy by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews as well as attending job fairs and careers events. Each day will bring new and exciting challenges.
No previous sales or recruitment experience is required but what we are looking for is someone who can think outside the box, contribute new ideas and the ability to quickly develop rapport with others. Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal are also required.
