Paid Teacher Training – Teaching Apprenticeship Programme – Science, Maths, Design Technology and Geography
If you are interested in a career in teaching, then what better way to qualify as a teacher than a Paid Teacher Training course with no course fees that includes a blend of practical experience and off-the-job training on the theory behind teaching & learning.
Currently the Teaching Apprenticeship Programme are working with a variety of secondary schools across London who are looking for graduates in STEM subjects and geography who are looking to enrol on a Paid Teacher Training course. With the programme starting in September, many of our schools are looking to take people on beforehand in another capacity such as a teaching assistant or cover supervisor, giving you chance to find your feet in the school before starting Paid Teacher Training in July or September.
Entry Criteria for Paid Teacher Training:
- 2:1 or 1st Class degree (in/related to the subject you want to teach)
- Cs or above in GCSE English & Maths
- Must have lived in the UK, EU or EEA
