Paid Teacher Training
Paid Teacher Training – Secondary Mathematics – Hackney, East London
The Teaching Apprenticeship Programme is a Paid Teacher Training course that allows you to qualify as a teacher whilst working in a full-time, paid position and gaining a full year’s worth of teaching experience prior to your first year as a qualified teacher.
Hackney has recently been announced as “London’s most liveable borough” and has a lot to offer outside of teaching, but it is also home to some of the City (and country’s) best state schools. There are currently places available across Hackney and surrounding boroughs for Paid Teacher Training within secondary mathematics.
As a Mathematician embarking on Paid Teacher Training, there will be a big responsibility on your shoulders to inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers and mathematicians. However you will also have a choice in where you train and an increased chance of progressing throughout your career. Not to mention the rewarding feeling when you see your former pupils go off to study maths, computing and an array of other integral, maths-based degrees!
Our advisors will be able to talk you through the structure of the programme as well as helping you to find a school and to prepare for your interview with the school – just apply now to make the most of the free help and advice we offer to prospective teachers.
