Apprentice Teacher – English

eQualitas are excited to support a client in Bromley who are seeking an English graduate for a fee-free and salaried trainee teacher post.

The host training school is an Ofsted rated Good school, the Teacher Apprenticeship Programme is robust, supportive, well designed and delivered in partnership with the host school and the team at e-Qualitas.

As a Salaried Trainee English Teacher, you can expect to gain experience across years 7-11 (age range 11-16) teaching up to GCSE level throughout your twelve month programme. Additionally, you will have access to excellent resources  & support throughout your year as an apprentice; including virtual learning environments, online webinars, school-based support and more.

The successful Salaried Trainee English Teacher will be someone who can meet the below requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related subject, 2.2 or better
  • Right-to-work full-time in the UK; you must have been ordinarily resident in the UK for 3-years.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for your subject
  • Hold GCSE’s at a C/4 Grade or above in English Language and Maths (or an equivalent)
  • The ability to support, challenge and inspire students – encouraging them to be their best
  • A strong classroom presence to achieve high levels of student engagement

This is an excellent opportunity for a Salaried Trainee English Teacher looking begin the journey to gain QTS and embark on a career in teaching.
