The Teaching Apprenticeship Programme works in collaboration with a vast number of schools across Bristol delivering an exceptional school-based route to QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). Supporting schools with recruitment of graduates is just the beginning of what we offer; once enrolled you will receive support from a specialist Mathematics tutor throughout your twelve months on programme, they will be on hand at all times to ensure your success. You will also work with a school-based Teaching Mentor for the duration of your training.
The host training school is an Ofsted rated Good school, the Teacher Apprenticeship Programme is robust, supportive, well designed and delivered in partnership with the host school and the team at e-Qualitas.
As a Salaried Trainee subject Teacher, you can expect to gain experience across years 7-11 (age range 11-16) teaching up to GCSE level throughout your twelve month programme. Additionally, you will have access to excellent resources & support throughout your year as an apprentice; including virtual learning environments, online webinars, school-based support and more.

The successful Salaried Trainee subject Teacher will be someone who can meet the below requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related subject, 2.2 or better
- Right-to-work full-time in the UK; you must have been ordinarily resident in the UK for 3-years.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for your subject
- Hold GCSE’s at a C/4 Grade or above in English Language and Maths (or an equivalent)
- The ability to support, challenge and inspire students – encouraging them to be their best
- A strong classroom presence to achieve high levels of student engagement
