Salaried Graduate Teaching Assistant to Teacher Programme
We are currently looking for Graduates who would be interested in being part of a Salaried Graduate Teaching Assistant to Teacher Programme. You will be an individual looking to work within a primary school as a Graduate Teaching Assistant before gradually taking on more full class teaching before gaining QTS.
Do you hold a 2:1 degree or higher?
Can you demonstrate a strong desire to become a teacher?
Have you worked with children in different capacities?
The ideal graduates will have the desire and ambition to help and understand the challenges that can be faced by children. A bubbly and outgoing personality is important to connect with the future generation. The ideal candidates will be individuals who have the desire and ambition to provide a nurturing learning environment for children within the primary ages. Previous experience of working or volunteering with children is essential.
