You won’t find a job board on our website. We are working for you to select the right opportunities. Our priority is to understand exactly what teaching job you are looking for, and who you are as an educator. Then we talk to compatible schools on your behalf and advocate for you.
If you are interested in interviewing, we will facilitate the process. If you are offered the role and accept, you are employed directly with your school. Think of us as a concierge to help you navigate the selection and interview process, and our service is free for you.

We work in partnership with London schools to find you, permanent staff, whether that be NQT’s coming into the profession or more experienced teachers ready for their next role.
Our relationships with Universities across the UK and our local and virtual teaching events ensure a robust candidate pool is available at all times.
We also have a strong international candidate pool that can be shortlisted by viewing pre-recorded video interviews.
